2. Quotes & Bookings

All quotes are subject to availability and are provided based on the journey details supplied at the time of enquiry.

A booking is only confirmed once accepted by Luxury Travel Northwest Minibus Hire and any requested deposit has been received.

3. Deposits & Payments

A 20% deposit may be required to secure a booking.

All deposits are non-refundable.

The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the payment terms agreed at the time of booking.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible.

Deposits are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.

In certain circumstances additional cancellation charges may apply where costs or losses have already been incurred.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information
• Arriving at the agreed pickup location on time
• Ensuring appropriate behaviour during travel
• Complying with all driver safety instructions

Luxury Travel Northwest Minibus Hire reserves the right to refuse transport where passenger behaviour is unsafe, abusive or illegal.

6. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning

Customers may be charged for damage caused to vehicles by passengers, including excessive cleaning costs where necessary.

7. Delays & Traffic Conditions

While every effort is made to arrive on time, Luxury Travel Northwest Minibus Hire cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

• Traffic congestion
• Road closures
• Weather conditions
• Accidents or emergencies
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control

8. Airport Transfers

Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight information when booking airport transfers.

Pickup times may be adjusted based on flight schedules or traffic conditions.

9. Luggage

Passengers are responsible for ensuring luggage requirements are disclosed at the time of booking.

Excessive luggage may require a larger vehicle and additional charges may apply.

10. Website Information

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure website accuracy, Luxury Travel Northwest Minibus Hire does not guarantee that all information is free from errors or omissions.

11. Liability
